Job description

Essential duties:

  • Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer system and Peripheral equipment problems
  • Supervised responsibility for Help Desk activities, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user request, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving request and user’s notification
  • Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer system and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modem, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)
  • Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, system decommissioning, etc.)

  • At least 1 Year experience in PC support assistance to employees and management.
  • Troubleshooting and advise internal clients about the usability of working tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of PC and network cabling
  • Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in an international environment is most welcome.
