- The Subcontracts
Administration Engineer contributes to the entering, in the specific Data Base,
the works performed by Subcontractors and for detecting, both before and after,
any deviation from budget values.
- Contribute to the
preparation of the Subcontractor’s accounts in accordance with the subcontract;
- Check that the
accounts prepared by the Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses,
with Project documents and have been approved by the Discipline Supervisors;
- Analyse and
check that all accounting documents have been duly approved and are accompanied
where necessary by explanatory drawings and sketches;
estimated quantities to completion and prepare the cost control tabulations.
