For our Client, a leading construction company specialized in the construction of clusters of plants, pumping/compression & valves stations, metering systems, ancillary plants, equipment, flowlines & pipelines, storage systems etc., we are currently seeking a Workshop Manager.

Job description
Essential duties:
  • Direct and supervise the activities of the workshop and of the assigned workforce.
  • Plan and execute efficient preventive and routine maintenance and quality repair and troubleshooting of a wide range of heavy mobile construction equipment (excavators, dozers, graders, shovels. scrapers, mobile cranes, trucks, etc.), vehicles (staff cars, pick-ups, etc.), buses and fixed equipment (welding machines, generators, etc.).
  • Inspect the maintenance and repair works done by the subordinates.
  • Materials and spare parts control.
  • Timely procurement of material and spare parts, ensure storage and control consumption of various consumable supplies in the workshop.
  • Inspect items to be purchased prior to acceptance and carry-out technical evaluation of the workshop materials ordered and received.
  • Ensure HSE observance by personnel working in the workshop and the correct and safe use of workshop equipment.
  • Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the maintenance & planning schedules etc. of large fleet of international brands of heavy Earth moving equipment.
  • Computer skills for machinery cards’ management and spare parts’ management are essential.
  • English knowledge, written and spoken.
  • Able to manage multinational workforce.
  • Able to meet target, prepare budget, maintenance schedule.
