For a Turnkey Construction Project of a Grain Milling Plant, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to be assigned to Warry in Nigeria.

Aufgabengebiet
  • Contact for the project with the client and contractors on site, including progress management, site organization, EHS environmental, health, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications
  • Responsibility for all site related activities
  • Management of site team and site design activities
  • IResource requirements for the effective management of the project and of the site supervision team
  • Ensure quality procedures are established and maintained
  • Draw attention to emphasis on safe construction practices (Target Zero) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. Leads by example in driving safe practices on site.
  • Reporting regularly of the progress.
  • Ensures that program is maintained based on actual earned values and progress to completion is estimated based on state of the art methods
  • Contribute to the safety and build-ability reviews for the proposed designs
  • Evaluate, select and adapt construction management and control techniques

Anforderungsprofil
  • Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in the field of supervision of construction works and mechanical installation of plants
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
